Please join us in our second CMANA Maryland chapter event on

February 5th, 2022

"Coping Skills in Healthcare!"

We will be having a special guest,

Dr. Traci Speed 

 Psychiatrist at Johns Hopkins 

who will share her experiences and advice on dealing with stress throughout the workplace. 

Also 

Fr. David Milad

will share his meditations about dealing with stress.

This event will be held at

St. Mary’s Coptic Church in Cooksville, Maryland.

Admission will be $10 in advance, $15 at the door.

Good Morning: 10:00 AM- 2:30 PM

Activities: 2:30 -5:00 PM
